Dixie Products is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dixie Building Products, Inc. We have been in business over 40 years. We have recently moved, and our main offices and showroom are at:

To refresh the memory of previous in store customers, we were formerly near Shafer's Crossing at 2104 Salem Ave SW Roanoke, Virginia 24016.

We sell retail and wholesale to individuals, contractors and dealers throughout Virginia and the Southeastern United States. We maintain inventories in excess of $4,000,000 in our warehouses in Roanoke, VA. We are locally owned. We are D&B rated and members of the Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Home Builders, Hearth Products Association and a major national consumer protection bureau. We have been nominated for this bureau's "Ethics in Business" award for two consecutive years.

See our warehouse photos, and be assured. Dixie Products is no fly-by-night operation. We have a massive inventory of gas fireplaces, logs, grills, garage doors and openers, gas logs, stoves and outdoor living furniture.

We sell only the highest quality products at the lowest possible prices. We prefer to speak directly with our customers to help them choose the product that best meets their physical and budgetary requirements instead of relying on electronic ordering.

We fully warrant every product we sell, maintaining a full service department. Many in-warranty items are over the counter exchange.

Our low prices are possible because we distribute all of the items we sell (no middle men) and buy at the lowest price, in large quantities. We distribute leading brands of vent-free gas logs, vented gas logs, gas grills, fireplaces, and fireplace equipment.

In the event we don't display on our site the brand you are seeking, the possibility of us having it in our warehouse is excellent.
